To make a positive difference for our brothers

Brother Hoods was founded in 2020; the year Coronavirus dominated the news and also the year the UK recorded one of its highest ever numbers of deaths by suicide.

 

Sadly, 75% of all suicides are men. In fact, suicide is the single biggest killer of men under the age of 35.

​

This cannot go on.

​

Since conception, our mission at Brother Hoods has been centred around three key objectives:

 

i) Helping our brothers to look and feel great through the provision of stylish, comfortable, high quality threads.

​

ii) Supporting our brothers in times of need by donating a percentage of every purchase made in our online shop to a mental health charity.

​

iii) Inspiring a feeling of unity and instilling a sense of brotherhood between all men.

​

To help us meet these objectives, throughout 2021 Hoods For Good Ltd t/a Brother Hoods will donate 10% of your order value directly to CALM: The Campaign Against Living Miserably.

​

CALM is a UK mental health charity leading a movement against suicide. Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives, and 75% of these suicides are male. CALM exists to change this and Brother Hoods are dedicated to assisting CALM in achieving their goals.
